Joachim has over a decade of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. He has secured life-changing compensation from national and international companies and from local, state and Commonwealth government agencies.
Joachim is Special Counsel in the Perth office of Stephen Browne Personal Injury Lawyers. He has over a decade of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. Joachim advocates for clients who have been injured:
On the road (including clients with brain injuries)
In a public place
From a faulty product
While travelling
At work
Joachim finds it professionally and personally rewarding to use his legal knowledge and experience to positively impact his clients’ lives, after they were injured through no fault of their own.
Outside of law, Joachim has been actively involved in Western Australia’s recreational fishing industry for more than 25 years. He’s written several articles for publication and is Vice-Chair of not-for-profit charitable organisation Fishability | Fishers with Disabilities. Fishability provides accessible fishing opportunities for children and adults living with disabilities, to enhance their well-being. As part of his Fishability involvement, Joachim has presented at an international fishing conference in Berlin, on the rights afforded to Western Australians to access fishing.
Joachim tries to spend as much time as he can on or near the water — recreational fishing, surfing or reading a good book.
