
Claire is a dedicated lawyer and mentor. As head of Stephen Browne’s motor vehicle accident team, Claire leads a wonderful group of colleagues who are committed to achieving great client outcomes.
Claire is a Senior Associate and the Practice Leader of Stephen Browne’s motor vehicle accident team in Perth and Joondalup. Claire has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury litigation, including public liability, dog attack claims, criminal injuries compensation, medical negligence and product liability.
Prior to joining Stephen Browne, Claire gained valuable experience at leading national plaintiff personal injury law firms. Claire is passionate about personal injury law and advocating for those who have suffered injury through no fault of their own. She is highly regarded in the legal profession and maintains strong relationships with her clients, colleagues, legal opponents and industry professionals.
Claire’s legal career started as a junior secretary. She progressed through different legal roles while completing her Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan University, each giving her different insights and experience in personal injury claim processes.
Since 2020, Claire has served as secretary on the state executive of the Australian Lawyers Alliance. She’s also an active member of Women Lawyers of Western Australia and the Law Society of Western Australia.
Outside of law, Claire trail runs, hikes and mountain bikes. She competes in triathlon events including Ironman, and endurance open water swimming events such as the Rottnest Channel Swim. Claire gives back to her local community through volunteering at the Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary. She enjoys spending quiet time with family and friends.
